Investment Analyst 2025/26

Turnstone Private Equity is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Investment Analyst to join the team

Turnstone was founded in January 2023 by six former Argentum employees, including the CEO of Argentum since 2006, Joachim Høegh-Krohn, to invest in private equity funds across Western Europe. The team has extensive experience and is a specialized private equity investor, seeking to target niche investments from a large opportunity set across more than 1,000 private equity funds and 450+ managers. Turnstone has during a very short time had great success in the fundraising and deployment of its first funds, with strong support from family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors. The funds offer exposure to secondaries, co-investments and select primaries.

As an Investment Analyst, you will be evaluating investment opportunities alongside highly experienced private equity professionals. You will become an integrated part of the team and participate in meetings which provide strong insight across Turnstone’s investment universe. Based on fund- and company reports and interactions with industry specialists, you will analyze and prepare materials for the Investment Advisory Committee. You will also take part in sourcing activities and learn how Turnstone is seeking to select the most attractive investment opportunities.

This role will give you invaluable experience in the private equity industry. You will get exposed to a significant number of private equity funds and fund managers across Western Europe. You will learn about the different ways in investing across private equity secondaries, co-investments and primaries, and how to analyze them. You will work in a team with motivated professionals with decades of total experience.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree with strong academic results (graduates completing their degree in 2025 or recently completed)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian/Scandinavian and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
